The ultimate bread and cracker replacement!
*1 tbsp. raw tahina
*1 tbsp. water
*1 tsp. baking powder
*Sprinkle of salt
*Sprinkle of zaatar or sesame seeds (optional)
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, and scramble with a fork until well-combined.
Pour onto a small plate. Microwave for 2 minutes, 20 seconds, FLIP, and place back in microwave for additional 10-20 seconds.
Top with avocado, cheese, eggs, salad or tuna!
