*1 large head of broccoli, cut into florets
*1 tbsp. olive oil
*4 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced
*1 tsp. red pepper flakes
*Salt, to taste
*Lemon juice, to taste
Fill a large pot half-way with water and bring to a boil. Place metal colander in pot, fill with broccoli and cover to steam for about 5 minutes.
Remove colander from water and run broccoli under cold water to stop cooking process.
Heat olive oil in pan over high heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes and saute for about 1 minute, being careful not to burn garlic. Add broccoli and salt and saute for another 2-3 minutes stirring constantly.
Top with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Enjoy!
