Now this is gooo-ooood. A nice comforting winter meal when it's straight out of the oven, or you can eat it cold the next day.
1/2 head of cabbage, sliced into 1/2 inch thick rounds
1/2 head cauliflower, cut into florets
1 tbsp. turmeric
3-4 tbsp. raw tahina
Salt & pepper, to taste
Heat oven to 200 C (400 F) and line tray with parchment paper.
Place cabbage rounds and cauliflower pieces on tray. Sprinkle salt, pepper and turmeric on top.
Drizzle on raw tahina. Don't be afraid to use more than 4 tbsp. here. You can a nice helping.
Bake in oven for 25-35 min until golden. Enjoy!
