Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS

*1/2 cup oats

*1 tbsp. chia seeds

*1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

*1/2 cup skim milk, almond milk or coconut milk

*Fruit and/or nuts of your choice

*Cinnamon (optional)

*Drizzle of honey or date honey (optional)


DIRECTIONS:

Combine oats, chia seeds, vanilla extract and milk into jar or tupperware, and place in fridge overnight.


Top with fruit, nuts, cinnamon and/or honey in the morning when you are ready to eat it.


I like to top mine with chopped apple and crushed almonds.
