Overnight Oats

Overnight Oats


*1/2 cup oats

*1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

*1/2 cup almond milk or coconut milk

*Fruit of your choice

*Cinnamon (optional)

*Drizzle of honey or date honey (optional)


Combine oats, vanilla extract and milk into jar or tupperware, and place in fridge overnight.

Top with fruit, nuts, cinnamon and/or honey in the morning when you are ready to eat it.

I like to top mine with 1/2 a banana!
