INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup avocado (about 1/4 of an avocado)
1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1/2 banana (optional)
1 tbsp. chia seeds (optional)
1 cup spinach or kale (optional
1/2 cup water OR 1/2 cup almond/oat milk
Ice as needed
DIRECTIONS
Blend all ingredients for 1-2 minutes and enjoy!
