Mango Spirulina Smoothie

This is a super filling smoothie and a great on-the-go post-workout breakfast! Don't be afraid of the spirulina, it has tons of health benefits and the mango & banana mask the flavor. Trust me and give it a try!




INGREDIENTS:

*1/2 cup frozen mango

*1/2 banana

*1/2 apple

*1 cube frozen spirulina

*1/2 cup water

*1 cube ginger (optional)


DIRECTIONS:

Add all ingredients to blender and combine for 1-2 minutes. Enjoy!
