*1 fillet sea bass, skin on
*1 tbsp. olive oil
*1 clove garlic, crushed
*Salt & pepper
Wash fish and dry with paper towel. Season the skin side with salt & pepper and then flip over.
Crush a clove of garlic, sprinkle with salt and use back of knife to create a more paste like consistency and rub onto fish. Season fish with salt, pepper and thyme.
In a pan over high heat, heat 1 tbsp. olive oil. When olive oil is hot add fish skin side down and squeeze juice of 1/2 lemon over top and add juiced lemon to pan.
The fish is ready to flip when the skin is no longer sticking to bottom of pan. Flip fish, cook for another 3-5 minutes.
Serve alongside your favorite veggie and add more lemon if you want!
