INGREDIENTS:
*1/2 cupped cooked quinoa
*1 cucumber, chopped
*5 cherry tomatoes, sliced
*1 carrot, chopped
*4 walnuts, chopped
*1/2 lemon
*1 tbsp. olive oil
*1/4 cup tahina (mixed with water and lemon juice)
DIRECTIONS:
Combine 1⁄2 cup cooked quinoa, favorite raw veggies, chopped walnuts, juice of 1⁄2 a lemon, 1 tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper and top with 1⁄4 cup tahina.
