Deviled Eggs

Great for a snack or a light, easy lunch served with roasted sweet potatoes and sliced veggies!

Deviled Eggs


*2 eggs

*1 tsp. dijon mustard

*3 shakes Tabasco

*Salt & pepper, to taste

*Sprinkle of paprika


Place 2 eggs in a pot of cold water, bring to a boil and reduce to simmer. Remove eggs from heat and drain after 12 minutes.

Let cool for 5 minutes, peel and cut eggs in half lengthwise. Place yolks in separate bowl and add dijon mustard, a couple of shakes of Tabasco, salt & pepper. Mash it all together and scoop egg yolk mixture back into eggs whites. Top with a sprinkle of paprika.
