Stay on track with your diet and cure that sweet tooth with this super YUMMMM vanilla milkshake recipe. The peanut butter adds an extra punch of protein so you can drink this smoothie pre- or post- workout, morning, afternoon or night!
For all of my chocolate lovers out there, I haven’t forgotten about you….just add 2 tsp. cocoa powder.
INGREDIENTS: *1 frozen banana (can also use banana that is not frozen)
*1 tsp. vanilla extract
*1 tbsp. natural peanut butter
*1/2 cup skim, almond or soy milk
*4-6 ice cubes
*1 tsp. chia seeds (optional)
**For a chocolate milkshake, add 2 tsp. cocoa powder
DIRECTIONS: Blend all of the ingredients together and enjoy!
