Our unique method is designed to give you a
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout through yoga-inspired positions and movements to sculpt, tone and strengthen the body.
We will guide you through challenging cardio and strength-training bursts broken up by lengthening and relaxing movements. But just because there's a downward dog on the other side of those burpees, does not mean the workout is going to be easy!

We both made aliyah 7 years ago, and became immediate friends when Talia moved in with me and we bonded over Arak and rice cakes -- the perfect way to start a friendship.
Fast forward endless nights of card games, dinners and table dancing, we realized that among the many things we have in common, our strongest bond was helping others connect to an active and healthy lifestyle.
In an effort to combine our shared love of intense workouts with the serenity of yoga, together, we created
