Emotional eating doesn’t mean you have a problem with self control or you shouldn’t have certain food items in your house at all (because if you do it will end in a full on binge).
When you emotional eat it is a major SIGN that something in your life needs to change.
It’s called emotional eating because you are doing it to suppress your emotions.
👉When you start to give your emotions a space to be seen and heard….
👉When you really start to listen to the reason that this behavior is occurring...
👉When you start to feel more fulfilled in other areas of your life and do things that make you happy…
That is when all of a sudden the emotional eating goes away.
There is a solution. There is another way.
